My mission is to help strong women make a lifestyle of nourishing themselves, wholly and completely, and find true healing.

I’ve always been independent, full of drive, and ambition. Just like you! But I always felt like my chronic health and digestive issues were holding me back from chasing my goals and reaching my potential. I saw specialists and tried pills, diets, cleanses. You name it.
I knew this couldn't be normal — there had to be a way to feel better than this. I couldn’t wrap my head around taking medication for the rest of my life.
After what felt like way too many ditch efforts, I stumbled upon functional and holistic medicine. Then came the healing.
I was finally able to stop masking symptoms and address the root causes of my pain through shifts in my lifestyle and nutrition.
Today, I’m happy and more in-tune with my body than ever! By working to understand my body’s nutritional needs and signals I’ve reconnected to its innate knowledge to find homeostasis and be well.
Now, it’s my mission and passion to guide other strong women (who feel stuck chasing symptoms and looking for answers) to finally feel better and attain their dreams, uninhibited.
